Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Rigatoni shells (uncooked)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cannabis milk (whole milk)
- 1 cup pureed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tsp. dry basil leaves
- Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and get out a casserole dish. Spray the dish with cooking spray or use oil if no spray is available. Boil pasta as normal, but add salt to the water. Cook 2 minutes less than for regular pasta. Drain and set aside. Get out a large mixing bowl and combine the cannabis milk, heavy cream, tomatoes, basil and all cheeses. Add the still-warm pasta to this mixture. Stir well. Pour into the casserole dish and layer with additional cheese if desired. Bake 28 to 32 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
