Materials:
- 1 250 mL bottle isopropyl alcohol
- 5 – 10 grams DRY sugar leaves
Directions:
Use a grinder or similar object to grind dry sugar leaves to a fine consistency. Pour out approximately 1/2 of the bottle of isopropyl (you can save it in a separate container for later use, if you choose). Use a funnel or similar tool to guide the powdered sugar leaves into the bottle of isopropyl. Close the lid and shake vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes. Store in a cool and dark place, shaking for 1 minute per day, every day for 45 to 60 days. Using a cheesecloth or paper coffee filter, strain out the solid material and discard. Use the liquid that came through the filter as the liniment. Apply to areas affected by arthritis.
