Ingredients:
- 1 cup cannabis flour (see recipe under “Edibles”)
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 12 egg whites
- 1.5 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 tsp. table salt
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the cannabis flour and powdered sugar and set aside for the time being. Next, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy and well mixed. Now mix in the cane sugar a little bit at a time add both vanilla and almond extract, as well as salt, once the sugar is mixed in. Continue mixing/beating for 5 to 10 minutes. 1/4 cup at a time, mix the sugar/cannabis flour mix into the mixture you just made. Do not add more sugar/flour until each 1/4 cup has been mixed in. Place this batter into an ungreased tube pan and bake in the oven 30 to 35 minutes. After removing from the oven, immediately place the pan upside down on a metal or glass cup, so that the inner circle of the pan is resting on the glass or cup. Allow to hang upside down for two hours. After two hours, cut away the sides, serve and enjoy.
