Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. fresh minced thyme
  • 1 tbsp. canna butter
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

First you’re going to want to preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, salt and thyme. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk and allow to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Add the dry contents in the first mixing bowl to the egg/milk in the second mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. It helps to add the flour a little at a time, instead of all at once. Melt the canna butter over low heat and stir it into this mixture. Get out a muffin tray and coat each cup with cooking spray and sprinkle each cup with cheese. Do not pour the dough in yet. Place the cups with the cheese in the oven for 3 – 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and add the dough in even proportions to the cups. Continue to bake for an additional 37 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with dinner and enjoy.
