Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup cannabis olive oil
- 2 cups cooked black-eyed peas
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 small chili pepper, minced or a pinch of dried red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions:
Combine cannabis olive oil, black-eyed peas, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, chili pepper, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Chill in fridge for ten minutes before serving.
