• 2 tbsp. cannabis olive oil
  • 1.5 lbs. ground beef
  • 1.5 lbs. ground or shredded pork
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 2 cups celery (chopped)
  • 1 whole cooked chicken (just the shredded meat)
  • 6 peeled tomatoes, sliced (save excess liquid to put in stew)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 can creamed corn
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce to taste


With the cannabis olive oil, saut� the onions and celery in a saucepan until tender, over medium-low heat. Next, mix in the beef and pork and continue cooking until done. Important note: do not drain. Put the meat and veggies in a large pot over low heat. Now, stir in the tomatoes, chicken, BBQ sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper, salt and hot sauce, if desired. Now add the pepper, stirring every 10 or 20 minutes for 2 hours. Lastly, add the corn, continuing to cook for an additional hour. Serve and enjoy a hearty meal that will serve 4 – 6.
