• 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 sticks canna butter (unsalted)
  • 2 cups flour (sifted)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • Candy sprinkles


First preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, while getting an electric mixer out. Place the sugar and butter in the electric mixer and mix until it’s fluffy. Next add the egg, almond and vanilla extracts and continue mixing. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift together into the electric mixer, continuing to mix while sifting. Get out a cookie press (or just a spoon if no presses are available) and press the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. They should be about 1/2″ to 1″ thick. Garnish with sprinkles. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Cookies should not be golden brown when done. They should be light tan and firm.
