Ingredients:
- 6 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp. cannabis olive oil
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 habanero peppers (seeded)
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Juice of one lime
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. For chunkier salsa, don’t blend as long. For smooth salsa, blend longer. Store in mason jars in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
