• 1/2 cup cannabis olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 ear fresh corn, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or dill
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste


In a large bowl, combine cannabis olive oil, onion, celery, fresh corn, cherry tomatoes, Dijon mustard, fresh basil, parsley, cilantro or dill, salt and pepper. Toss until blended and chill in the fridge for ten minutes before serving.
