Cannabissearch.com Buzz Rating: While I’m partial to anything with Chemdawg-4 in the genetics, 4D is truly a bud that almost every smoker will enjoy. It has a heavy body stone, that is accompanied by a slightly psychedelic cerebral effect.
The breeder crossed a lush and hearty Chem-4 mother with a Chem-D male. The resulting strain is one that produces medium-small, oval-shaped buds that are so frosted with trichomes they often appear white. This strain is a definite stinker and will fill the entire room with its danky aroma. Look for eighths of this strain to go for between $50 and $60 at most dispensaries in California.
As is typical with most Chemdawg varieties, this bud will flower for 9 to 10 weeks. It’s recommended to vegetate these ladies 4 to 6 weeks, if a decent harvest is to be obtained. 4D can be slightly prone to powder mildew, especially in flowering, so adequate ventilation and possibly neem oil (in veg) should be used. 4D responds incredibly well to a combination of topping/LST, far more than any other strain from SoCal Seed Collective. Ask a bud tender about 4D on your next trip to the cannabis club. You’ll definitely want to pick up some buds, as well as clones or seeds for your garden.
