Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (frozen if out of season)
  • 2 tbsp. cannabis oil
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk (regular milk can be substituted)
  • 1 tbsp. cane sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Get out a frying pan or use griddle and turn heat onto medium. Lightly oil the pan or griddle. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly mixed and there are no pockets of dry flour. Hint: add the blueberries once already well mixed to avoid mashing them up. Scoop pancake batter onto griddle or pan in a size that is desirable. 1/4 cup of batter makes your average-sized homemade pancake. Flip over once the edges start to turn solid. Remove from heat and enjoy a great breakfast.
