• 3 tbsp cannabis olive oil
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 10 oz package matchstick-cut carrots
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


Combine carrots, pineapple and raisins in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine the cannabis olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup and pineapple juice. Whisk thoroughly. Add the oil mixture to the carrot mixture and toss well. Add salt and pepper and toss again. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop.
