Ingredients:
- 1 cup canna butter (room temperature)
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. table salt
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then get out a large mixing bowl. In the mixing bowl mix the softened butter and both sugars until they have become well blended. Get out the 2 eggs and add them to the butter/sugar mixture, one at a time. After the eggs have been added stir in both types of extract. In a separate mixing bowl combine the flour, salt and baking soda. A little at a time, add this dry mixture to the wet mixture in the first mixing bowl. Lastly, add the nuts and chocolate chunks and stir them in. Using a spoon, place balls of cookie batter on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cookies have turned a golden-brown color.
